Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products

All Sunday Vitamin digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final — but we genuinely want you to love what you bought. If something isn't the right fit, reach out at hello@sundayvitamin.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

All digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. By purchasing from Sunday Vitamin, you agree to these terms.

Physical Products

We accept returns or replacements for physical items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the item. We'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return. We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@sundayvitamin.com.

European Union Customers

For digital products: by completing your purchase, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and that you waive your right to a 14-day cooling off period under EU consumer law.

For physical products: if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
